Program Overview

The 4-Day OCD Intensive Treatment Program is designed to provide intensive Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for individuals with OCD. Accumulating scientific evidence demonstrated that 4-Day OCD treatment can effectively treat OCD and that the effects of this treatment last for years and likely last for a lifetime.

This 4-Day program is designed for clients whose OCD-related experiences are related to contamination fears.

If you’re interested in the 4-Day program but your OCD-related experiences are related to other theme areas (such as harm, hit-and-run, scrupulosity, etc), please email William at William@WilliamSchultzCounseling to be placed on a waitlist.

This program, held in Dallas, Texas and combines education, exposure exercises, group support, and personalized homework over four consecutive 8-hour days.

Treatment Goals

The program aims to help you manage OCD symptoms, regain control, and learn strategies to handle anxiety-inducing thoughts without relying on compulsions. By the end of the 4-Day program, you will almost certainly have substantially reduced OCD symptoms, improved understanding how OCD works, and the tools to maintain your symptom reduction after the program is complete.
