4-Day OCD Treatment in Dallas, Texas.
Find freedom from fear. Get back to living.
Your OCD has impacted every area of your life, and you’re ready to do whatever it takes to get it under control.
Relationships, your physical and mental health, and overall ability to function have suffered greatly because of your thoughts, anxiety, and compulsions.
You and your mind are constantly at odds —it’s exhausting being trapped in the looping thoughts, fears, and rituals that never bring lasting relief.
You might have tried treatment in the past, but nothing has worked…leaving you feeling stuck, afraid, and alone.
OCD intensive therapy can help you make the life-changing progress you’re seeking…on an accelerated timeline.
Why intensives?
Intensive treatment gives you the time, structure, and expert guidance to find relief from OCD faster than traditional weekly therapy.
In this concentrated format, your progress won’t be interrupted by the end of the hour, or squeezed in between work, family, and household responsibilities. Instead, you’ll spend 4 consecutive, 8-hour days understanding what keeps you stuck with OCD and then developing the skills that create real, lasting change.
Over the past 10 years, breakthrough OCD research has demonstrated that concentrated exposure and response prevention treatment (ERP) frequently leads to OCD remission within four days and that this remission is usually stable over time.
Concentrated ERP is the future of OCD treatment.
If weekly therapy didn’t result in the kind of change you’d hoped for, this approach can give you the momentum and the breakthroughs that may have felt out of reach before.
Our program’s group format provides an additional layer of support, allowing you to learn from others, stay accountable, and encourage one another to overcome challenges. When you commit to this level of focused work, you can start feeling safe and in control faster than you ever thought possible.
Each of our 4-day treatment programs is tailored to specific OCD theme areas.
To ensure that the treatment we’re providing is precisely targeted, we structure each 4-day treatment to a precise "OCD theme area".
Our next scheduled intensive is focused on the "contamination" theme area, which typically involves fear of…
Germs
Anything "disgusting"
Fears of cross contaminating
Cleanliness rituals, including washing and decontaminating
Avoidance of people, places, and things
Feeling "not just right"
Psychic contamination
Hi, we’re William & Brett.
We know OCD.
We’ve dedicated our careers to understanding OCD inside and out. Between us, we’ve researched, written, and taught extensively on the most effective ways to break free from it, helping hundreds of people reclaim their lives.
William lived with OCD for ten years. After achieving remission from OCD in 2017, he’s committed his career to researching and treating it. His research was relied on in the creation of international treatment guidelines for the treatment of OCD. As a clinician, author, and advocate, his work has helped shape the field, and his clinical work focuses solely on helping people overcome OCD.
Brett is one of the world’s leading experts on exposure therapy, with over 20 years of experience treating OCD, training professionals, and advancing research on what truly works. As co-author of the leading textbook on exposure therapy and a researcher with over 100 published studies, his work has set the foundation for how clinicians approach OCD treatment today.
When you work with us, we’ll guide you through this process with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for what you’ve been through.
You won’t just walk away with quick fixes or temporary relief. The work we do in these intensive sessions is about equipping you with the knowledge and skills to face uncertainty and step into a life that is no longer ruled by OCD.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
OCD is a pattern of intrusive, unwanted thoughts that trigger intense anxiety, leading you to feel like you have to do something—whether it’s a mental ritual or a physical action—to get relief. No one chooses to have OCD, and while there’s still a lot to learn, we know it comes from a mix of biology, life experiences, and how your brain learns to respond to fear. The good news? Just like your brain learned these patterns, it can also learn a new way forward.

This program isn’t the right fit for people who are currently struggling with active suicidal thoughts, substance use, or unmanaged mental health conditions that require a different level of care. Additionally, if you’re looking for a quick fix, hoping to avoid discomfort, or not ready to invest in the work, this approach may not be the best match. You also need to be medically stable—meaning any medication changes should be settled for at least four weeks, and benzodiazepines shouldn’t be in use. This program is for people who are ready to face their fears head-on with support, guidance, and a proven plan for real change.

OCD thrives in isolation, but healing happens in connection. In a group setting, you not only get expert guidance but also the chance to learn from others who truly get it. Watching someone else take on a challenge—and having others cheer you on when it’s your turn—makes facing your own fears easier and more powerful. The group dynamic helps break the OCD cycle faster than working alone, making the process both effective and deeply meaningful.

No, insurance doesn’t cover OCD intensives. The benefits of not using insurance in this kind of work are that it allows for a fully customized, high-impact program without the restrictions or limitations of insurance-based treatment. Many people find that an intensive program actually saves them money in the long run by delivering lasting progress in days rather than taking years.
